Missing Menu

I'm missing a menu from my Alma view? What's going on??
Notes
Alma displays different menu options based on roles and locations, and has the ability to customize the layout for each account.

I had access to the menu previously:

Review your location

Remember Alma displays different menu options based on roles and locations. For example, The Checkout/CheckIn menu requires you to be at a circulation desk to display.

Steps to check your location:

  1. Navigate to the Location icon in the top right
  2. Set the Location by using the drop down menu under the I am physically at field

Review your roles/scopes.

Have any of your roles expired? Have there been changes recently? 

    Steps to review your account's roles for expiry:

    1. Click on the person icon in the top right
    2. Select the user details link
    3. Scroll down to User Roles Section
    4. Review Expiry dates for all applicable roles
    5. It may be necessary to enable the view of expiry date using the gear box
      1.  In the User Roles section select the gear box
      2. Check the box next to the Expiry Date
      3. Click Done

    Steps to review your account's history:

    1. Click on the person icon in the top right
    2. Select the user details link
    3. Navigate to the History Tab 
    4. Look over the recorded updates for Role changes 

    Review your customizations

    Steps to locate Main Menu Link customizations

    1. Click on the Alma Production Link (top link on the left Main Menu)
    2. Select the customize main menu links
    3. Review your layout customizations, make sure the desired menu is not hidden.            

    Steps to locate Menu Icon customizations

    1. Click on the vertical ellipsis in the upper right
    2. Select the customize menu
    3. Review your customizations, make sure the desired menu icon is not hidden.

    I've never had access to the menu:

    1. Your account is likely missing a role or has the correct role scoped incorrectly. Ask your Alma Admin to review and update your roles or put in a support center question with PALS.
