Resolving Multi-Matches from an Import Profile

Resolving Multi-Matches from an Import Profile

Occasionally, during import, an incoming record encounters two matches in Alma. At that point, Alma does not know which record to overlay. The import profile will show the status of Manual Handling Required.
The import process does not fail but will stall if multi-matches occur in a file.

From Resources -> Import -> Resolve Import Issues or from Admin -> Monitor jobs -> History tab (click on Manual Handling Required)
From the file's ellipses, choose Edit.

From the ellipses choose View Matches

Record on the left is the record from your import profile. Records on the right are the multiple matches existing in the Network Zone. Select the record on the right with the most libraries and click Overlay.
