Will Supply Lending requests
When a lending library updates a request to "Will Supply". The request will not expire at the lending library. The expiry service is run for all MnPALS libraries, so requests are moved from one potential lending library to the next potential lending library within a few days if a "Ship" or "Reject" is not done. When a request is updated to "Will Supply" the request will not expire and be moved to the next lending library.
