Unable to change due date

Unable to change due date

Double check your library's standard opening hours.
In the example above you can see the Thursday Standard Opening Hours, indicated by red enclosing box, were valid to 9/12/2022, which means they are now expired.

Loans due on a Thursday will instead default to the next applicable time per the Terms of Use (TOUs) parameter Closed Library Due Date Management (options are: next open day, prior closing day, or keep it the same) on the applicable TOU determined by the patron and item. If all of your standard opening hours expire on the same date, all loans will default to that set date. To resolve the issue, update the standard opening hours in your calendar.

Step by Step to update your standard opening hours
  1. Navigate to the opening hours for the library
Fulfillment > Advanced Tools > Opening Hours (Requires a Fulfillment Administrator or General Services Administer role scoped to the library)
  2. Use the ellipsis to select Edit for your Standard Opening Hours
    1. You don't have to make any changes, just hit Save
  3. Do for all of your standard opening hours
    1. Notice the Standard Opening Hours Expiry date is now in the future
  4. Click on the Apply Changes Job
    1. You should see a flag indicating that your request to apply calendar changes has been submitted
