The Reports Work Group Recordings

Members of the Reports Work Group offered webinars on their favorite reports in May 2020. Here are links to the recordings and transcripts with the reports that were covered in each session. Remember to copy reports to your area if you want to change them - here is how:

  1. In Alma, go to Analytics > Access Analytics.
  2. In Analytics after it signs in, click on Catalog and navigate to Shared Folders > Community > Reports > Consortia > MNPALS.
  3. Find the functional area you want such as Fulfillment and the report you want to copy. The ones that have RWG  in the title were chosen/designed by the Reports Working Group.
  4. Click the report to highlight it, choose Copy (by right-clicking, using the link in the bottom left corner or the copy button in the top menu).
  5. Navigate to My Folders and click Paste.
  6. The report will show up at the bottom of your personal folder. Now you have a copy of the report that you can edit and adjust as needed.
