Adding Newspapers requires three level: 
  1. Main title of the newspaper = Model Newspaper
  2. Issue level (December 6, 1923) = Model Publication Issue
  3. Individual pages = Model Page
Allowed file type is .tiff
1. Main title level
  1. Open the ingest form
  2. Enter the title of the Newspaper
  3. Select the collection
  4. Enter all other related Metadata
  5. Click save
  6. Click the Children tab
2. Issue level
  1. Add Child
  2. Choose Repository Item
  3. Add title of the issue, for example: School Newspaper, March 1, 1923.
  4. Choose Publication Issue as the model
  5. The "member-of" field will be automatically populated. Please do not change the value in the member-of field.
  6. Do NOT enter a collection. The main title (parent) is already associated with a Collection.
  7. Fill in the Issue Date field in Year-Month-Day format (1923-03-01). This step enables users to select a specific issue.
  8. Enter metadata associated with the specific issue.
  9. Click Save
  10. Click on the children tab one more time
3. Pages level
  1. Batch up-loading pages
  2. Content type is Repository item
  3. Mode is Page
  4. Media Type is File
  5. Select Original File in the Usage section
  6. Click next
  7. Select the files/pages to upload
  8. Wait for the spinning wheel to stop spinning and you see a message that the pages were uploaded successfully.
  9. Click finish
