Missing User Barcodes

Locate patrons who are missing a barcode identifier using the advanced user search.

  1. Navigate to the search bar at the top of the page
  2. Use the drop down menu to select the users search
  3. Click on the magnifying glass to the left of the search box to open the advanced search
  4. Use the drop down menus to select the query "Has identifier type Not Equals Barcode"
  5. Click on the search button
  6. Use the filters to further limit the search if needed, examples
    1. Status: Active and not expired accounts
    2. Account: External users
Periodically review affected patrons using a logical set by saving your query.

Steps to save the query as a logical set

  1. After performing a search
  2. Click on Save query
  3. Fill out required fields
  4. Click on Save
  5. You can review from Admin > Manage Jobs and Sets > Sets > Applicable Set Name as needed
