Finding an item's loan history

From the Item:

To view an item's loan history: 
  1. Locate the physical item using the physical item search
  2. Click on the hyperlinked barcode or Select the Edit item button to go to the physical item editor
  3. Select the history tab
  4. Update the report type to fulfillment activities

If your library has anonymization enabled, the borrower name and ID will not show for loans that have been anonymized.

From the Loan:

 To view an item's loan history from the patron's service page: 
  1. Navigate to the patron's patron services page
    Fulfillment > Checkout/Checkin > Manage Patron Services > Patron's unique identifier
  2. Navigate to the item of interest, you may have to adjust the filter to display all loans
  3. Use the ellipsis for the item to select Loan History
  4. Review
