Exporting a portfolio list from a CZ electronic collection
To export a portfolio list from a CZ electronic collection, follow these steps:
- Perform an Electronic collection > Electronic Collection name search for <electronic collection name> in the Community Zone.
Perform an Electronic collection > Electronic Collection name search for in the Community Zone. The search bar is at the top. Type in search in the third box to the right.
- Find it in the results list, and click the "Portfolio List" button.
- Alma will load the Portfolio List.
- Find the export button at the top of the list, and click it.

- Choose one of the report options, and click it. I recommend the "Excel (current view)."
- Keep in mind that for large collections, you might need to wait several minutes for the download to complete. (around half an hour or more for really large collections)
- If your browser asks you whether you want to open or save the file, choose to save it.
- Once the download completes, open the file.
